We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Sales Manager to work on our exciting projects and grow our business by building successful long-term customer relationships.

Core skills required for the role:

— Experience working with CRM platforms.
— Ability to analyze business opportunities and read situations well.
— Experience in building Sales funnels and pipelines.
— Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
— Strong entrepreneurial-thinking.
— Experience in sales (B2B) or business development in the software outsourcing industry.
— Experience in finding clients through sales channels such as Upwork, YouTeam, Toptal, Fiver, LinkedIn, etc.
— English – Upper-Intermediate.

Personal skills:

— Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Strong networking abilities.
— Excellent communication, interpersonal, telephone, and organizational skills.

Your primary responsibilities:

— Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan.
— Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Conducting market research.
Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
Maximize sales performance by establishing strong relationships.
Qualify, develop, and maintain thorough company and product knowledge, research consumer needs, and identify how our solutions can meet them.
Generate leads and grow existing relationships, maintaining an accurate, detailed client book, and developing an active, repeat customer base.
Make cold calls or perform warm outreach, putting outside-the-box thinking to work to develop new and unique sales tactics.
Key tasks will be focused on building a sales strategy and executing it, finding potential clients, and representing the company through diverse sales channels.
